Terms

All prices from Road Star include:

Airport Service Charge (ASC), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Break Down Assist - 24 hour service, Third party insurance, Car Theft Insurance with no excess, Unlimited Mileage, Car Fire Insurance with no excess, Two additional drivers free of charge, Free Baby/child Seat (must be ordered), Free collection from Paphos Airport, Free delivery to Paphos Airport, Insurance with no excess, V.A.T. and all local taxes.

Exceptions To An All Inclusive Insurance

Charges for any of the damages mentioned below will be charged directly to the client, the most important are the following: Antenna, trays, damage to car lock , loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, glass, mirrors, wheels, tires, interior of the car, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, warning triangles, damage to the upholstery of the car, damages to the roof, extreme dirtiness in the car, underside damage, damage due to negligence, tire punctures and burst tires, fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, loss of the car documents, loss of registration plate.

Road Star is not obligated to:

Replace a flat tire or damages in music equipment, damages caused by client having used wrong kind of fuel, damages caused by off road driving. There is an optional 1.50 Euro charge per day to cover windscreen and tyres damage. Towing costs are not covered by any insurance. Local laws cover the terms and conditions of hiring vehicles and the rental contract signed on collection of the car that is legally binding on renter. Damage caused by drunk driving or negligent driving will never be excluded from the client's direct responsibilities. Road Star will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing wilful damage, off road driving or driving without care and attention or damages caused by negligence. The client will accept direct responsibility in respect of these mentioned above. Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence as a result any damage is charged to the client.

Occupied part of Cyprus:

You may take the car to the occupied part of Cyprus, but please be aware that it is 100 % your responsibility to bring back the car to the Greek part of the island as you're not covered in the insurance policy for the north site of the island.

Payments:

The following credit cards are accepted: Master/ Euro card, VISA, AMEX. A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as guarantee for the rental. Please note that all payments will be made locally in Euros. There is no deposit necessary to confirm your reservation.

Minimum age of driver is 25 years. Drivers under 25 years have to own a valid driver's licence for minimum 3 years. Maximum age of driver is 90 years. International driver's licence is required for non EU citizens or if the licence is not in Latin letters.

Fuel policy:

The car is delivered with a half (more or less) tank of petrol and return back as empty as possible. The cost will be paid locally. This is charged in the same rate as in the petrol stations. This is made so the customer won't look for refuelling in his first day of hire. Please NOTE no refund for unused fuel.

Rates do not include

Delivery and drop off to Larnaca Airport: There is an additional 20 Euro charge for this service each way. There is an optional charge for windscreen and tyres insurance at 1.5 Euro per day.

Car Selected for Hire

Cars are booked by group not specific model and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to upgrade your car without prior notice, if the model/group requested becomes unavailable for reasons unforeseen. The rate will remain the same as quoted. However, we do consider your personal preferences. To insure they are met, early bookings are recommended.
